Ask Neo Overview

Ask Neo is the Serene Creations workspace assistant. It answers questions about your account, tenant settings, and general business topics using information from your workspace and a general knowledge base.

What Ask Neo can help with

Ask Neo is designed for question-and-answer interactions. Common use cases:

• How-to questions — “How do I add a team member?” or “Where do I find my billing email?”
• Feature explanations — “What does the eSign module do?” or “How does the newsletter double opt-in work?”
• Drafting help — “Help me write a follow-up email to a client.”

Ask Neo does not perform actions on your behalf — it provides information and suggestions. Actions (sending messages, creating events, and so on) are done in the relevant portal module.

Where to find Ask Neo

1. Open the admin portal.
2. Select Assistant in the left sidebar, or use the Ask Neo icon in the persistent sidebar rail.

The assistant panel opens with an input field at the bottom and conversation history above.

Availability

Ask Neo is available to all team members with portal access. There are no per-question limits in normal use.
