Our commitments

Four pillars. Plainly stated.

These are the decisions that shape how Serene Studio is built and priced. Each one is a public, falsifiable commitment — not vague marketing. Where we have not yet delivered on a commitment, the security page says so explicitly.

The full tool set, not a starter kit

Enterprise power

Email, chat and meetings, website, newsletters, files, booking, invoicing, and inventory — with an assistant built in — the tools that growing businesses actually need, without the complexity that enterprise pricing usually comes with.

  • Branded email for your whole team, on your own domain.
  • A public website you can update yourself — no developer required.
  • Newsletters sent from your own domain, not a third-party platform.
  • Shared file storage, booking pages, and inventory tracking — tools that large companies pay six-figure contracts for.
  • Team chat, calls, and meetings; quotes, invoices, and e-signing — plus Kiriya, an assistant that helps but never acts without your approval.

One flat bill, nothing hidden

SMB pricing and simplicity

One subscription covers your whole team. No per-user licensing surprises on email. No add-on fees for features you need every day. No platform tax on your revenue.

  • Flat monthly pricing — not per-seat pricing that compounds as you grow.
  • Every feature included in every plan. No add-on tiers for basics.
  • Setup that fits an afternoon, not a consultant engagement.
  • One login for everything. One support queue when something needs attention.

Built secure, not patched secure

Security and privacy from the ground up

Tenant isolation, passwordless identity, encryption in transit and at rest — and no trackers, no data selling, no ad SDKs anywhere in the product. These are engineering decisions, not marketing language.

  • Passkeys and magic links as the default sign-in path. No shared passwords.
  • Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or feed it to analytics platforms.
  • Every request passes a single authorization checkpoint before any data is returned.
  • Security patches are applied same-day, by standing rule — not batched, not deferred.

The tool-juggling tax is real

Time back for owner-operators

Five separate tools means five logins, five bills, five support queues, and five sets of instructions for new staff. One platform makes the coordination overhead disappear.

  • Staff learn one system instead of five.
  • One place to check when something breaks. One vendor to contact.
  • Your data is connected: the same customers appear in email, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Onboarding a new team member takes an hour, not a day of account provisioning across vendors.

Where to look next

The security page explains every technical control in plain terms, marks what is on the roadmap, and says clearly what we do not have yet. The comparison page shows how the platform stacks up against building the same capability from separate tools — including where a dedicated tool is stronger.
