Plain answers
Questions people ask about the pricing.
- Does the price go up as I add team members?
- No. The Starter and Business plans each have a team member limit. You pay the flat plan price whether you have one person or the full limit. If you grow past Business, move to Custom.
- Do I need a higher plan to get booking, invoicing, or Kiriya?
- No. Every feature — booking, invoicing and e-signing, inventory, chat and meetings, and Kiriya — is included at every plan level. Plan tiers change your team-member and storage limits, not which features you get.
- Is there a free trial?
- We are currently in early access. Contact us to discuss access — we would rather talk about whether the platform is the right fit for your business than have you sign up for a free trial that does not answer that question.
- Is there a platform fee or revenue share on newsletters?
- No. There is no platform commission on your newsletter revenue. The subscriber list is yours, stored in your tenant. What subscribers pay you (if anything) stays between you and your payment processor.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your data is yours. We will give you a full export of your email, subscriber list, files, and any other data before you go. We do not hold your data hostage to keep you as a customer.
- How do I compare your pricing to my current stack?
- The comparison page does this math: business email, newsletter platform, website builder, scheduling, and inventory — bought separately — add up fast. We show the numbers side by side.
